The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and very easy to access. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, which was very convenient. The location is excellent—very close to the city center and only about 40 minutes from Europa-Park and Rulantica. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and overall, the apartment offered great value for money. The host was very helpful.
During the summer, air conditioning has become increasingly necessary, even in areas where it may not have been needed in the past. The apartment had a portable air conditioner, but it was not powerful enough to cool the space during the 30°C+ temperatures, especially since the apartment is located in the attic. The mattress on the double bed was also extremely soft, which was not very comfortable for us.

Cuando llegas a la casa te preocupas un poco porque está en obras, pero cuando subes al apartamento.... fenomenal. Todo nuevo y muy limpio, la ubicación excepcional, aparcamiento gratuito en la zona y muy cerca de puntos de interés, en centro de Alsacia, muy cerca de Colmar. El dueño responde rápido y muy atento. Lo recomiendo.
No iba el wifi y no pudimos ver la TV, pero tampoco fue un problema porque el objetivo era patear la zona.
