The AC was incredible, location is prime zona romantica, everything was extremely clean and modern. Front desk attendants Ary and Octavio were very personable and helpful. We felt safe the entire time. Rooftop pool was amazing.
We had a few problems with the door locking mechanism, but they did supply us with a physical key which solved any issues! The bathroom door in the secondary bedroom doesn’t shut all the way.
