L'emplacement dans la vieille ville de Portoferraio est vraiment super ! L'appartement est grand, agréable, moderne et bien équipé avec des ustensiles de cuisine. Les instructions sont claires et la communication très fluide avec l'hôte.
Vu le prix élevé du logement (mais qui est dans la gamme de prix à Elbe...), je trouve ça exagéré de faire payer en supplément le linge de maison. C'est indiqué dans l'annonce donc pas de surprise mais je trouve ça cher et en plus, le lit n'est pas fait à notre arrivée. Dans le même ordre d'idées, alors que le logement a plein d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, il n'y a pas d'huile, de sel ou de poivre. Il y a seulement un rouleau de PQ. Je trouve que ça fait partie du service d'accueil d'avoir un petit minimum de tout.
