Great location

It was an informed decision to stay in this accommodation based on the photos and reviews. I understand the reviews from fellow travellers, and the host has clarified them with thorough explanations and photos. That said, I understand what to expect given the price. Considering the location and price alone, I would rate it ten out of ten. For me, it was a pleasant experience. I simply require a place to rest after visiting the city for Vivid Sydney while returning my son to his dormitory at UNSW, which is only ten minutes walking away. The room is clean and tidy. Will I stay again? I will probably stay again because it's conveniently located close to the campus and light rail station.

The noise, we could hear everything from the pub, street, and fellow roomates walking up and down the corridor to go to the bathroom, and the door makes lots of sound and is difficult to open and close. The bathroom is acceptable, but the toilet is clogging...I prefer to shower at my son's dormitory, so I rarely use it. The front yard needs TLC to feel more welcoming.
