Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive. Able to store luggage before check-in time.

There was no hand soap, face tissues, or dish towel. Upon request of these basic items the host said they would only provide the hand soap. There is a washing machine, but no detergent provided. The unit does not have a TV, it has a projector instead with a Fire Stick, which did not work correctly when we arrived. The host did switch it out the next day though, minus the correct remote for the new projector so we couldn't change the volume. The location is convenient in terms of getting to train stations and there is a Family Mart on the corner, but it's a 15 minute walk to get to decent restaurants. It is also the filthiest part of Japan I've seen in my 6 weeks here, trash all over the sidewalks! It's the first time I haven't felt completely safe in this country.
