Le logement est très bien situé, en plein centre historique de Riom, tout près de l'office du tourisme. Je n'ai pas vu l'hôte, mais la boîte à clés a bien fonctionné. Le studio est propre et confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut et de nombreuses attentions. Un couloir frais mène au studio qui est au rez-de-chaussée. Une porte-fenêtre au bout du studio, donnant sur la terrasse privative, apporte une source de lumière naturelle. Le logement dispose aussi de nombreux éclairages par ailleurs.
Quelques odeurs dans la salle de bains/toilettes pendant une demi-journée, sans doute dues à l'extrême chaleur. Cela peut arriver. Et l'hôte a prévu un désodorisant.
