Very clean. Very quiet. The shared facilities are good - the bathrooms and showers are individual and all have locks. Big kitchen with the option to store and cook your own food. The whole place is spacious. I checked in early with no problems. Highly recommend Laplanders to all travelers on a budget who wish to see Kiruna or are going on excursions outside of the city.
The host will store your luggage for free before/after your stay. I could even store my lugagge overnight between two bookings when I was on an overnight wilderness tour just outside Kiruna.
The location is a short walk from the new city centre and from two different bus stops (including the airport bus stop). But be prepared to walk quite a bit if you don't have a car because the nearest grocery shop is a bit far.

C'était parfait. Logement simple mais suffisamment équipé. Très propre. Le propriétaire était sympa, là pour aider et très intéressant. Malgré le peu de temps passé sur place, il nous a montré sa culture et son travail. Le personnel était à l'écoute, la salle commune bien équipée et propice aux échanges avec les autres.
Rien à signaler. L'entrée de la cour peut faire douter sur le fait qu'il y ai bien une guesthouse cachée derrière mais il ne faut pas s'en préoccuper.
