Gostei da localização, ar condicionado bom, casa bem funcional, limpeza dentro do esperado.
Sobre as instalações, no quarto menor, achei o colchão da cama de casal muito mole. O quarto maior poderia ter ar condicionado como o quarto menor. Sobre a vizinhança, tive problemas com barulho por duas noites seguidas durante a madrugada, com o morador de cima.

O lugar é aconchegante, atende todas as necessidades, perto de mercados , padaria e farmácia. Quatro quadras próximo da praia ,excelente localização .
A casa tem dois ar-condicionados, um no quarto com uma cama de casal e o outro na sala e cópa. Acho que poderia ter um ar condicionado no outro quarto que tinha duas camas de casal. Mas colocaram um ventilador de parede novo. E os colchões acho que poderiam ser substituído, pois já estão um pouco desconfortável de uso.
