A acomodação é muito aconchegante e confortável, tudo muito limpo e organizado, a área compartilhada é muito bem estruturada, além da decoração dar um charme a mais, parece que estamos em casa.
A unica coisa na estadia é que o teto é de madeira e tem um quarto na parte superior, então todo e qualquer barulho incomoda quem esta na quarto de baixo e o hospede de cima era beeem barulhento quando eu estava.

Equipe muito solicita e com resposta rápida. O lugar é limpo e oferece maleteiro para as bagagens antes do check-in, um diferencial excelente que poucos lugares oferecem. Com certeza me hospedarei em outras oportunidades.
Durante minha estadia em época de chuva, surgiu uma goteira no quarto, mas a equipe prontamente me realocou para uma acomodação ainda melhor. Mesmo com pequenos imprevistos, os colaboradores demonstram alta resolutividade. Eles têm a habilidade de transformar pontos negativos em experiências positivas.
