Miles at Kirra Point 302

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The pool area for the complex was exceptional having great seating areas, an ocean view and even BBQ facilities. Good location to easily access the beach, walking paths and restaurants.

The checkout time of 9.30am seemed quite early and required keys to be returned to an office away from the property forcing an even earlier departure. Initial correspondence received told me to supply my own toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. In all the places I have stayed, this has never been required. Given the price being paid, I was shocked and annoyed. Correspondence was generic and really confusing about what needed to be supplied and what was required with linen. Construction right outside windows & balcony was unfortunate as the noise from machinery each day (except Sunday) spoilt the atmosphere of being in such a lovely apartment. The noise each evening (particularly Friday and Saturday nights) from music from the hotel below was quite loud. Collecting keys required navigating a busy street with limited parking. Onsite parking at the apartment was great but requires exiting the car to open gates which would feel a little unsafe if alone.
