We were delighted with the choice we made. This charming garden flat is a real gem. It was ⭐easy to find ⭐ in a quiet location ⭐ good parking ⭐ spotlessly clean ⭐ very comfortable ⭐ well equipped And Cake/coffee /tea /milk and sugar left for us There was very helpful and good communication from the owner. We would definitely recommend the property and it's owner

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from host. The milk and cake left in the fridge for us was a lovely touch and meant we could have a lovely cuppa after arriving later than we had planned to!
Very minor point but the hot water in the sink in the kitchen had very low pressure and took ages to heat up, but literally the only negative thing we could say!

Lovely little 2 bedroom flat. All tidy and tastefully decorated. It is downstairs in a little block of flats but I didn’t hear any neighbours and slept very well. Good communication from host and they provided a cot for our baby and provided a few food essentials for our arrival which was appreciated. Very quick to get to Southwolds etc by car. Would recommend!
