Pine Haven sits inside Meadow Bay North, a quiet gated community tucked into the pines on Lake Arrowhead's shore. Nearly all of the lake's waterfront is private, so having your own community beach a short stroll from the front door is a rare thing here, and it shapes the whole stay. Mornings can start with coffee by the water and end with dinner in the Village a few minutes away. The living room sets the tone. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams rise over a stone fireplace, and soft seating gathers around the TV for movie nights after a day on the trails or the sand. It's an easy room to spend an evening in without much of a plan. The kitchen has rich wood cabinetry, modern appliances, and bar seating for quick breakfasts or for keeping the cook company. Dinner happens at the dining table under a chandelier, with big windows framing the forest outside. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan, and its own private deck for morning coffee or stargazing on clear mountain nights. The second bedroom has a full bed and a flat-screen TV, a nice spot for whoever wants a quiet night in. A full bathroom with a shower-tub combo and a separate half bath keep mornings moving. Outside, the cabin opens up in every direction. Start the day on the front deck, fire up the grill on the side balcony, or find a quiet corner on one of the patios where the only sound is wind in the trees. Spend afternoons swimming, reading by the water, or setting off on the trail that loops the lake. When you're ready for a change of pace, Lake Arrowhead Village is a short drive away with shops, restaurants, and lakefront paths. Hiking, fishing on Lake Gregory, and ATV riding are popular pastimes in summer, while in winter, snow sports fanatics can get their fill of skiing on the local slopes. Whatever time of the year you visit, the temperate climate and numerous opportunities for adventure ensure a fun time for all. Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note this home is available for 7-night minimum bookings only. - This home does not have AC. - Please note that all persons, including infants, children, and visitors, count toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. - 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter months. Chains may be required to access the home. - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. Parking Details: - After entering the gate, park near markers 200–224, then follow the signs to reach the unit. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
