Nicos Garden Apartment by Porto Velho Apt

A new apartment in a quiet area with excellent transport links. Nicely decorated and very clean! Attention to aesthetics is evident—tasteful tableware and a cohesive interior color scheme. A large bathroom with a spacious shower and—importantly—great hot water pressure :) A huge plus is the excellent communication with the property manager. Towards the end of our stay, due to an oversight on our part, we found ourselves in serious trouble; the person we contacted devoted a great deal of time and energy to helping us resolve the difficult situation!!! Unfortunately, amidst all the stress, we didn't think to ask for our savior's name, but we would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the gentleman who answered the phone so quickly and immediately rushed to our aid!!! We will certainly book a stay at Nicos GardenApartament by Porto Velho Apt again whenever the opportunity arises!

This apartment is perfect - it's clean, well-equipped, and in a great spot! It looks just like the pictures and has a really comfy bed. It's awesome for a couple.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos , todo nuevo y genial , desde el minuto 1 súper atentos con todo en todo momento , sin duda si vuelvo a Oporto lo reservaré , una maravilla

Que apartamento!!! Tudo novo, super limpo e a parte exterior é um privilégio no centro do Porto 😊 As noites e os dias são uma tranquilidade autêntica no apartamento. Estação de metro logo abaixo da rua, não usamos porque em 10 minutos a caminhar estamos no mercado do Bolhão e na Rua Santa Catarina. Proprietários super comunicativos e muito rápidos nas respostas.
