The villa is excellent, building looks new and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms are clean and big. Location is great quite close around 7 minutes walking to seminyak beach. Several little cafes and a mini market very nearby. Bu Ketut the villa manager is attentive and answered my queries via whatsapp quite promptly. Overall I highly recommend this villa.
The pool rather small. I have 2 teenage boys and the pool quite crowded with just the two of them. The chemical ini the pool also a bit strong. The villa doesn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste.
