Looks like it has recently been renovated. Nice and local to Bury centre.
Had to chase the owners for the key code at 4.15 against a 3pm booking, however got an immediate response with the code. Property was quite dusty so not sure how often it’s used. Only minor issues though, not a problem.

Great location, good parking, clean and modern.
Host didn't reply to emails days prior to arrival. They sent access details after check-in time had passed despite having spoken to earlier. They were "at work," apparently, not really my issue. Property had a sold sign outside, quite concerning considering the lack of communication, caused initial anxiety.

"Lovely house, easy to find. Parking was available right outside. Nice, hot shower and comfortable beds! The heating had been turned on for us so the house was warm and toasty when we arrived."
