Location is fabulous, just meters away from Dubai mall, very convineint also for pick up and drop off. There is a nice and clean outdoor swimming pool with Burj Khalifa view and enough sunbeds to enjoy the sun. There is a small gym with somewhat limited range of equipment available, still enables short work out sessions.
There was one big issue and this was the hygiene, particularly in the bathroom. The apartment was advertised as brand new while it was visibly worn out. While the bed was rather comfortable, the bed linen and pillows could be much better.
