Liked the way property owner came to help in no time
Apartment is little old; window AC make too much noise. I didn’t sleep for one minute, fan also make noise. One bathroom that is also old, curtain rod kept falling. Floor was sticky

Location was perfect. Near almost everything from Walmart to Buffalo Zoo and lots of restaurants within minutes.
House had some stuff from previous guest. It was clear that it wasn't cleaned properly since there was spiderwebs everywhere from under the couches to the wall corners and ceiling fans were full of dust. Kitchen has a large grease stain on top of the range and bathroom had a leak on the ceiling. On top of that, almost all of the beds were stained and the sheets were also stained.
