The unit was absolutely beautiful—styled like a picture postcard, exceptionally clean, and in a wonderfully convenient location within easy walking distance of downtown. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like the complimentary laundry detergent, which came in handy during our stay. The underground parking was another great bonus and made everything even more convenient. Overall, the space was inviting, well cared for, and thoughtfully appointed.

We appreciated the care and attention given to the aesthetics of the unit. The space was attractive, and the mattress was comfortable. We did, however, encounter several areas where improvements to functionality and safety would make the stay more comfortable and convenient. An extra queen-size blanket would have been helpful, as we found ourselves increasing the heat at night to stay comfortable. The oversized bedroom closet doors also could not open fully, which made it difficult to access the closet while moving around the bed. A sliding-door design might provide a more practical solution. Although there was ample floor space in the bedroom, luggage racks were not provided, so luggage (dirty from travel) needed to be placed on the floor when packing and unpacking. The bathroom could also benefit from additional storage. The shower did not have shelf space for toiletries, and the vanity area had limited room for personal products. Adding shelves above the toilet could potentially provide storage that would be accessible from both the shower and vanity areas. If that were done, relocating the existing towel rack to the opposite wall might also make better use of the available space. Our most significant concern was the method of entry. While the process of using a code to enter from the street was straightforward, we were uncomfortable being instructed that the unit would be left unlocked for our arrival. We did not feel comfortable entering an unlocked accommodation, particularly when a manual key and garage remote were left inside. An electronic lock system on the unit door would provide a greater sense of security while still allowing convenient, code-based access. Overall, we could see the considerable thought and effort that went into making the unit visually appealing. Addressing some of these practical and security-related details would, in our view, make the experience considerably more comfortable and reassuring for future guests.

As a visitor, it would have been nice to have some coffee pods for the coffee machine, but it didn’t break the experience.
