- great location; close to Citadel and places to eat or coffee on nearby streets, close to harbourfront and downtown
- awesome view of the harbour from the top floor unit, can see the Dartmouth ferries go back and forth
- unit is clean, bright, spacious; think it was built in May 2021 so pretty new
- all major and small appliances are in very good condition
- bathroom sink had a clog that was commented on by previous guests so they didn't fix when we were there in early June 2026
- bedroom feels a bit cramped as it's an indoor rom with no windows and only a sliding door. Also, there is a night stand on only one side of the bed
- the only kitchen amenities provided were a few Keurig coffee pods, salt, pepper. It would have been nice to have some sugar, tea bags.
- the room is next to a room that has some sort of electric generator or fan so you can hear it all night. It's not super loud, but a couple of the nights it was whining away.
- sundeck is nice and spacious with a couple of chairs, but the deck was dirty and it did not have a table.
- if you need parking, it's $25/day and can only get it for the entire stay, not on a daily basis
