Great location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Geneva. The apartment is stocked with snacks and bottled water, which is very nice.

Great location for walkable outings to town & the lake, as well as easy driving distance to other sites. Good size apartment, clean, comfortable bed, quality linens, and “bonus” of complimentary snack bar and bottled water.
It was on the second floor (stairs only), which was okay, but was not mentioned in the listing. Most of the windows did not open and the window AC unit was noisy and smelled musty (like the filter needs to be changed). For someone with significant allergies, the old building, combined with lack of fresh air and a musty AC made the environment somewhat uncomfortable. Disappointed not to find face cloths available.

Location was great as we were moving in a student to william smith. Market is right there. Owner was amazingly helpful!
