there is no regular cleaning service, so if you’re staying for several days, be prepared to keep the apartment clean yourself. 🛁 The Jacuzzi takes more than 5 hours to heat up, especially when the ambient temperature is around 20°C. The heater is relatively small, so it needs some time to warm the water—plan ahead if you want to enjoy it.

Everything. The unit we had was well maintained and clean, we had a very comfortable stay.

The apartment is clean, comfortable bed, good view and quite well equipped. The jacuzzi works well. The view was fantastic, during my stay , we could see cloud sea drifting. You literally wake up with clouds beside you. The mall has enough shops for food and basic stuff. Walking to Genting and Temple was easy and well sheltered. The security personnel were polite and helpful.

The checking process is terrible and the WhatsApp assistant is not helpful, until you transfer the deposit, the response is almost none., I received the check-in process after 3pm, and by the time I received the key it had already passed 5 pm. For a 3 bed apartment, only 1 set of card keys was provided, which was in convenience for the group to go in and out. Requested an extra set but not provided. No paper tower and kitchen cloth provided. This is a great property, however , do choose the apartment rental management carefully. I booked through Booking with Byon
