The accommodation was in a very pleasant quiet rural location with beautiful views over the Lincolnshire countryside. The outside seating area looked inviting. The accommodation was clean and attractively decorated. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming and communication was good.
The open tread metal staircase which gave access to the property would be tricky for someone with limited mobility.

It was clean comfortable, quiet and cosy. The location was beautiful. I loved my morning walks in the local hotel and spa grounds
Only thing I would mention was the lack of bedside table on one side of the bed.

Very easy to find and very close to the A1. Excellent quality accommodation and the best shower ever.. Great outdoor space. Ideal for our small toy poodle. Very secure. I was happy leaving my bicycle on the back of the car for the night. Good dog walking down the lane. Friendly and helpful hosts.
