Location is great. Hotel is clean and service staff is very helpful. Our flight ass in the late afternoon and they kindly extended a late check out for all my rooms.

The shower area has no space to hang towels and it makes changing a challenge especially if you are sharing a room cos there is no door separating the bed room to the shower

There are clean and well maintained 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. Good size standing shower room. WC comes with bidet. Mini fridge stocked everyday with complimentary 2 cans of soft drinks and 2 small snack packs. Located right across the street from The Bund. 5 min walk to the subway. Booked the same category rooms, 1st room was very spacious, 2nd room much smaller no space to open up the large luggages. Good breakfast buffet spread with eastern and western food and plenty of seats. Very helpful staff.

There were nights that seemed like they didn’t change the bed sheets but just smoothen them out instead. no view even though we booked the room that says it’s with view. There are hotels with better access to other touristy spots and subway.

Son emplacement près de tout. Idéale pour une soiree ou deux en ville. Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Hôtel superbe. Personnel charmant
