Apartments Alpenblick am See

El apartamento, limpieza, confort. Cocina muy bien equipada.

Los 103 escalones que hay que subir para llegar a la casa con las maletas 😅

Kitchen and living room area were very well presented. Outdoor furniture on the balcony and out front were also pleasant. Parking available in front of the house. A short, if hilly, walk into the beautiful town. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Despite my incredibly limited German vocabulary, he managed to offer the entry process over the phone when we were originally told that we would be met by the host via booking.com.

Booking.com sets this property up as "You will be met by the host on arrival." This was not the case and caused a lot of stress for us when gaining entry. If this had been correct in the first place, the information would have been more accessible for those requiring to use translation services. (But see the positives above as to how the host remedied this on the day). The view offered in the photographs is not one that you can particularly see from within the property. Despite the window tints, there is reduced privacy if using the living room sofa bed as a bedroom. Glass furniture in the bathroom had been broken and sellotaped back together. Overgrown thorns outside the bathroom window got trapped if this was opened and closed. A lot of Drain Flies (known in German as Schmetterlingsmücken or Drainagenfliegen) in the bathroom. Slow draining water in the bathroom - did not clear when running soapy hot water. Slow draining water in kitchen, which did clear after running soapy hot water. This may be contributing to the cause of the drain flies. The cosmetic mirror does not function (no light, still fogs up). Only half a roll of toilet paper supplied, when included in the costs for the stay.

Die Unterkunft ist trotz Hitze durch die getönten Scheiben angenehm kühl.

Dunstabzug in der Küche ist defekt. Licht vom Kosmetikspiegel funktioniert nicht. Keine Mikrowelle.

Großes Wohnzimmer sehr schönes Bad.
