Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, Einrichtung ist modern gestaltet. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön im Appartment und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top!
Das Treppenhaus war teils schmutzig und es hat stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen

Wir haben eine Nacht in Kassel verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Zwar gab es anfangs ein kleines Problem mit der ursprünglich gebuchten Wohnung, wofür der Gastgeber absolut nichts konnte. Er hat sofort reagiert, uns direkt kontaktiert und uns ohne Umstände eine seiner besten Wohnungen angeboten. Die Ersatzwohnung war super sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Der Gastgeber war durchweg nett, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen und können die Unterkunft sowie den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
