L'appartement est superbement situé, près des cafés, des restaurants et des endroits touristiques. L'appartement est très grand, trois belles chambres avec salle de bain. La cuisine minuscule ainsi que le coin repas.

Le système d'enregistrement laisse à désirer. Très difficile d'envoyer des pièces d'identité. On vous promet de faire vite pour valider vos informations, mais j'ai dû insister quelques heures seulement avant l'arrivée pour avoir les informations pour accéder à l'appartt. Il n'y a aucun contact physique avec les responsables.

Some Facilities (bbq, pool table & lounge) which are shown in photos are NOT included without paying a 100soles fee. it’s misleading and disappointing. Also We specifically booked an apartment with a dining Table (as there were 5 of us) one was listed .and also shown in the pictures. What we got was a three seater breakfast bar. The staff online are polite (to the point of being annoying) but offer nothing - but apology - we thought some sort of compensation would have been fair but it was like getting blood out of a stone. Front of house staff unfriendly/you get the feel that they do not want you there. Maybe the apartment is not in the hotel pool?? All in all we were ieft underwhelmed.
