I like that this property is central to several popular spots in Cleveland. There was a good amount of space in the apartment itself, and I like the front entryway to put any shoes, coats, etc. The washer and dryer in-unit is a huge plus too!
This property was not as clean as I had hoped. The floors seem to have not been swept, the walls had several scuffs or places where something had been spilled, and the shower was not as clean as it could have been (shower head had not been cleaned in a while, visible discoloring on the shower floor, and drain was also visibly dirty). The bed was extremely firm and pillows were thin and flat. The couch/futon was also very firm, not very comfortable, and the coffee table was not up to par either.
