Very nice modern, quite and private just a short taxi ride away from the shops and bars (you can walk it during the day but not at night as the roads are too dark). Nice restaurant at the bottom of the drive (breakfast was lovely and not too far to go). The host were very accommodating and always on hand if needed.
On times there was a strong smell of sewerage when sitting by the pool and in one of the bedrooms. Also the villa is for up to 4 people but around the pool only 2 beanbags available would be nice to have 2 more or if possible 2 loungers but space might be an issue.

Nice villa and close to shops / restaurants
Sewer smell in rooms and pool area most of the time. Intermittent power and air-conditioners shutting down. Could not flush toilet paper in toilet.

The villa is nice enough however there was a foul smell coming from one of the rooms, believed it may have been the bed sheets. We asked the staff to change them which they did however the smell was still there.
Could have been cleaner. The location is near the centre however isn’t walkable. 3 big hills to walk up and down. We got grabs for rp56 each way.
