    Room was good for the price. There was no WiFi. There was some misunderstanding by the reception staff regarding AC, Non A/C but it was resolved without any issues. Room was comfortable overall.

    Hotel is so close to Nasik road station. Hotel was neat and clean but management was terrible. I reached there at morning 3.30 a.m. After check in they was unable to provide single water bottle. At facilities mentioned at Agoda App was not available. TV was only for showing no channel was available for view, no water cattle, no WiFi. They provide me only 1.5 liter of water after many requests of 3 days of staying. Hotel owner was deny to take continuous booking through App. He insisted me for direct booking or choose to leave hotel immediately. Agoda App with poor customer connect option makes experience very terrible.
