I had a wonderful stay at shugaland hotel a few days back, and it was truly a great experience. The environment was calm, neat, and welcoming, with a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The staffs were impressive, and their attention to guest were impressive. I will recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I look forward to visit again

Stayed there one night. Terrible experience. I was told the room I booked is not available and I should instead pay N25.000 to get another room. While there another couple came all of a sudden they were offered N30k room after I have. Been told only N45k room is available. When I finally pay another N15k to get a room there was no light and so only fan was available no AC. When I complained I was told the light just went off which was a total lie. Then I left to town came back and the AC was still not on at 8pm of course I complained and they switched it on. Guess what at 4am in the morning they turned off the AC. I have to ask for tv remote as there was none there. Just terrible experience. Will not recommend

I had a wonder stay at shugaland hotel. I truly enjoyed my night. The room was neat, beautifully arranged with clean white bedding and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were incredible lovely and attentive which made experience even more special. Their hospitality stood out to me. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

No Ac until 8pm, terrible breakfast, check in experience was a disaster because I didn’t get the room I booked from the app and I was told to make an extra payment to get another room… it was a total disaster and worst experience for since have been in the hospitality industry…
