    We booked 2 rooms for the family of 6. At first night they offered us 2 rooms but in separate buildings. One room in east building other was in west building. We didn't expect the behaviour of Agoda or even the agent. We are 6 in family, how can we accept 2 rooms in separate buildings. At that time they give us only 1 room for 6 persons. Please refund us for 1 room in first night. At 2nd night he gave us 2 rooms apartment.

    very responsive agent of the room. check in and out was a breeze. need to give security deposit RM100 at check in but will return at check out. Room service around 1pm and will empty waste bin and change towels. Floor a bit dirty so we bought slippers to wear in room. Only 1 aircon for big room. Has TV with remote, HIFI radio, bathtub, shower screen, toilet bowls (slow flushing so need to flush at intervals during big business), water pressure also quite low at bathtub, attached pantry with bar fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washing basin, provided 3x towels and 3x toothbrush toothpaste set, 1x shampoo tube and showet soap tube. there are hangers in wardrobe and prayer mat, electric iron but no ironing board, 3x bottled water provided. this room is at level 17 overlooking swimming pool level 15. can use faciities around apartment at level 15. (gave 4 stars due to slightly dirty floors, low water pressure at bathtub and slow flushing at toilet bowl). hope can improve. very good location with entrance to mall at Level 1 but closed at 10pm but still can enter via main lobby glass doors. near to IMBI station of Monorail (Monorel) train network. thank you so much for pleasant experience.

    I hv make my biggest mistake booking at this place, FIRST it handle by a foreigners im not sure the guy is frm (Bangladesh, Myanmar or Pakistan) he don't even tell me his name, he just came to lobby gv me key and take deposits that all, no doubt the location is in the heart of KL but the hotel are so terribly dirty, all the furniture is old and recycled then cleanliness is at the worse level. Dust all over, the room, floor slippery, and the bathroom have mold in the wall and every place it just so DIRTYYYY😭 I stay here for one night with my mom and sister, i have booked fr 4 pax, but they only provide 2 towels, when i asked the guy in charge he ignored my text and didn't reply when i keep asking and then he said i will check until he MIA no action frm him. The mattress all also not clean, dusty and with all dirty spots u can see, I dont know they even clean it or not, then resulting the next day I wake up with all rashes and itchy skin. It's seriously the worse stay ever, one night is like a nightmare to us. During check out the guy didn't come he asked me to leave keys in room, and make excuses to pay my deposit back, until i have to fight for my money then he transferred😓 Boycott this kind of hotel, they are not under berjaya times square, only use the building, maintenance all out.
