Experience this beautiful family-friendly, entertainers dream home just 1 mile walk from State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and Desert Diamond Arena. The spacious home features a deep private heated pool. Fully stocked and equipped chef kitchen, comfortable memory foam beds, large covered patio with plenty of seating, fire table, TV, games, and Treager grill. We also provide ample essentials for baby/kids, and supplies for your stay. We offer weekly and monthly discounts.

Outdoor Oasis:
Private Heated Pool:
Enjoy our 10ft deep heated pool (included in your stay Oct-May) with a soothing fountain and safety fencing, plenty of chairs and loungers, pool floats, life jackets, and toys for endless fun.
Pool needs to be covered overnight and when not in use to maintain heat, prime swimming time in winter is between 11am-4pm. Temperatures between 82-85F.
Covered Patio:
Relax in our expansive covered patio area, featuring
comfortable seating areas, outdoor fans and string lighting. It’s the perfect spot for dinning Al fresco or have your morning coffee. The dinning fire table (we provide 2 tanks of gas, if you need more you are welcome to fill a tank) Fire up the Treager grill, while watching a game on the TV, or play the multiple large life games, we also offer an outdoor cooler.

Stay connected with Super Fast WiFi and enjoy the entertainment package on smart Roku tv’s preloaded with Hulu, Disney Plus, and ESPN.
Bedrooms:
drift off to sleep on comfortable memory foam beds with blackout blinds, and ceiling fans in each room. There is a Queen pull out in the living room has gel mattress, and there is a queen aero mattress if needed.
Family Friendly Amenities: We provide a Pack n play with mattress, sheets and blackout cover, high chair, sound machine, toys, games, and books. We have Small exercise equipment on site, yoga mat, bands, multifunction exercise bench.
Chefs Kitchen:
Our upgraded Kitchen boasts KitchenAid appliances with double ovens, 6 burners gas stove top, and large refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine chiller. It’s fully equipped with multiple small appliances, utensils, Spices, olive oil, sprays to prepare almost any meal. The Coffee bar includes a drip maker, pour over, and French press with whole beans and grinder and syrups.
Essentials:
You’ll find an iron, board, steamer, and abundant supply of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials for your length of stay.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
We provide a pac-n-play, with a mattress, sheets, blackout cover, high chair, sound machine, toys, games, and books for littles. We also have small exercise equipment such as a multifunctional step bench, yoga mat, bands, and smaller weights.
There are 3 parking spots in the driveway-1 large enough for a trailer, curved curbs for easy access. No garage access at this time.

This property truly exceeded expectations. The home was immaculate, exceptionally spacious, and perfectly suited for a large group. Every detail, from the pool and enclosed patio to the wide range of entertainment options, reflected top-tier amenities and thoughtful design.The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Its prime location, within walking distance of State Farm Stadium and close to numerous restaurants and entertainment venues, made it especially convenient.What truly set this experience apart was the host’s outstanding hospitality. She communicated clearly from start to finish and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with all necessities and more. Pool area was amazing. The location was perfect for our annual football trip.with friends and family.
