With a ten-minute walk to the charming Bridge St., you can easily explore Anna Maria Island and enjoy seafood feasts, leisurely beach walks, shopping sprees, and exciting pier adventures.
The space
Sideways – Beachfront & Waterway Views
Welcome to Sideways, a stunning beach house perfectly positioned between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. From the driveway, a short flight of stairs brings you to the front porch, where water views greet you—Intracoastal to the left and the Gulf to the right.

Living & Dining:
Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features a four-burner stove, an eat-at bar with two barstools, and a dining table for four. The living room includes a large sectional sleeper sofa that seats six, two accent chairs, a big-screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the front balcony. From here, a staircase takes you to a rooftop deck with panoramic views of both the Gulf and Intercoastal Waterway.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Suite: King bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, single vanity, and waterway views.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Full hallway bathroom with tub/shower and single vanity.
Full-size front-loader washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway.
Outdoor Living:
The backyard is a private retreat with a heated pool and spa, six lounge chairs, a screened-in porch with seating and big-screen TV, plus beach chairs, umbrella, and cart. Fully fenced and landscaped, the yard also has an outdoor shower.
Parking & Extras:
The home accommodates up to four cars, perfect for family or group getaways.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.

For your convenience, the home includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!
4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
