Thoughtfully curated with calming textures and natural tones, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath oasis invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in the rhythms of the high desert.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom
• Second bedroom with a queen bed
• Living-room sleeper sofa
• Two full bathrooms, including a walk-in rain shower

Step outside to a shaded patio with a pergola, spa-style hot tub, fire pit, propane grill, and expansive mountain views. Enjoy coffee at sunrise, unwind beneath the desert sky, or rinse off in the private outdoor shower.

Set on nearly half an acre, the home offers a fully fenced backyard with plenty of space to relax, enjoy the sunsets, and stargaze.

Guests have exclusive use of the house and property. Please note, two locked exterior utility closets are reserved for staff and are not accessible to guests.

The primary booking guest must complete identity verification and sign the short-term rental agreement through the secure Guest Portal. Check-in instructions and access to the property will not be provided until both requirements are complete.

✦ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest and property safety, 3 exterior security cameras are installed:

• Video doorbell camera facing the front entrance and front yard
• Northeast-corner camera facing the front yard
• Southeast-corner camera facing the backyard and hot-tub area

The southeast camera does not view the outdoor shower or private patio. All cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio when motion is detected. There are no indoor cameras or indoor audio-recording devices.

✦ DESERT ENVIRONMENT

Joshua Tree is a natural desert environment. Wildlife such as coyotes, snakes, scorpions, and occasionally mountain lions may be present. Although encounters are uncommon, guests should remain alert, keep a safe distance from wildlife, and use caution around cacti and other sharp desert plants.

Please supervise children and pets/service animals while outdoors and keep animals leashed when appropriate. By booking the property, guests acknowledge the natural desert environment and accept responsibility for the safety of themselves and their group.
