Recently renovated, this beautiful property originally consisted of two villas, which now connect in an exclusive and very private luxury complex. The sprawling size of the property and the thoughtful placement of the villas on the land provide an unparalleled level of privacy for this luxury vacation home in St.Barths. Guests can enjoy ample space for walking and hiking, both within the property itself and across the neighboring 20 acres of lush green zone. All the while, they are treated to breathtaking views of the bay and ocean, creating a serene and secluded retreat. Facing the cliff and the ocean, you will love the trade winds and the panoramic view over a breathtaking show.
The large modern living room has many windows opening onto the outside, and is furnished with a large white sofa and armchairs around a coffee table, facing the panoramic view over the cliff and the ocean. Decorated with art, this welcoming room is very bright and luminous. Another lounge is located on the lower floor, and comes with a cinema projection room for pleasant movie nights in a warm atmosphere. The recently renovated, minimalist interior design focuses on white, the simplicity of lines, recessed lighting, mirror effects, and walls punctuated with large windows through which the ever-changing view becomes a constantly evolving painting.Indoor and outdoor dining rooms welcome you and your guests for delicious meals.
Outside, you ll find a beautiful terrace with two sumptuous swimming pools (one of which is heated), loungers shaded by palm trees, as well as a jacuzzi lit at night in a fairy tale atmosphere. The vegetal environment provides a delightfully fresh touch to the whole. A little further up the cliff, there is a private area furnished with sofas for pleasant relaxing sessions overlooking the ocean.
The luxury vacation home CASA DEL MAR is composed of six air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms. They are prettily decorated with original colors which provide a pleasant touch for an unforgettable stay in St. Barths. Each bedroom has its own private terrace for relaxing moments in utmost privacy. Two of them are located in a building featuring the smallest swimming pool and a large private lounge.
