Built over two buildings, after a few stairs, villa TI AGAVE welcomes guests in its air-conditioned lounge widely open onto the terrace with swimming pool. From there, the view over the ocean and the islands of St. Martin, Fourchue, Bonhomme and Fregate is breathtakingly beautiful. Close to the sofa, the atmosphere is soothing and warm as the trade winds gently blow. In the second bungalow, the indoor dining room can accommodate up to six guests near the well-equipped kitchen. In the heart of the rolling hills, the paradisiacal environment is truly relaxing as the sparkling waters of St. Barths shine bright.
At the front of villa TI AGAVE, the large sunny terrace with parquet floor features a lovely swimming pool. There are comfortable loungers sheltered by umbrellas around the pool, the perfect place to relax in an idyllic scenery, as well as a dining room for six guests in front of the view for pleasant al fresco dining in the mild Caribbean air. Near the palm trees with chiseled foliage, a pleasant outdoor lounge with sofa and comfy armchairs is set up in the shade, the perfect place to sip a cocktail or read in a peaceful and quiet ambience. And in the evening, the glowing sunsets create an even stunnier view with their bright reflections in the golden sky.
Villa TI AGAVE consists of one beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is located close to the living room in the separate bungalow and opens onto the terrace with a breathtaking ocean view. Furnished with soft cushions and fine fabrics, this bedroom is calm and quiet, the right place to rest after beautiful days exploring the island, or sunbathing by the pool in a very private atmosphere. The bedroom opens directly onto the terrace swept by the Caribbean softness.
