Ground floor: Living room / bedroom 34 sqm and with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen 6 sqm and with gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Dining room as intersecting room, 16 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. 2 bedrooms each 18 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and Valve.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Zalakaros. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a garage and on the property. Garage can be reached through the internal staircase.
