My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I advise travelers to look elsewhere, especially given the lack of basic amenities and service.
The issues began immediately with cleanliness, which was far below acceptable standards throughout the room and bathroom. The most critical problem was the complete failure of essential services: the air conditioning unit was not working, making the room hot and stuffy, and there was no running water in the bathroom taps or washroom for hours during my stay. I had to contact the front desk repeatedly just to get basic service restored.
Compounding the in-room issues were the poor location and environmental factors. The air outside my room was frequently filled with heavy cigarette smoke, making it unpleasant to open the windows. Additionally, the hotel has no nearby dining options, and accessing affordable public transport proved to be difficult and inconvenient.
Service was reactive rather than proactive; I constantly had to request simple services. This hotel does not meet even minimum standards for a comfortable and hygienic stay.
