    I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The property was extremely unclean and poorly maintained, and it was nowhere near the standard you would expect for the price charged. The photos and description did not match the actual condition of the hotel. Our flight was delayed, so we politely requested a late check-out of just two hours. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, the staff immediately asked for additional payment and were not cooperative at all. Overall, the stay was not worth the money. I hope Agoda reviews this property carefully before recommending it to other travelers, as it does not provide the quality or service that guests expect for the price.

    We stayed in the Superior Balcony room and it was a wonderful experience. The biggest highlight of this property is definitely the view from the balcony—you get an amazing and clear view of the Pune International Airport runway, which was spectacular! The room was clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable and safe for couples. It is a peaceful stay and totally value for money. However, there is one important thing guests should know: they do not inform you at the time of booking that the swimming pool is chargeable. Once you reach there, you find out that you have to pay a per-person charge to use it. Apart from this hidden policy, the overall stay was great and highly recommended!

    Rooms full of cockroaches. Bed seems like sheets not changed . Blanket was of pathetic quality . No reception you have to coordinate your self for everything . Breakfast was pathetic quality and quantity. Big mistake to opt
