    The hotel have aged well, minor hiccup but staff will help you sort out. The highlight of this review is Miss 小李 she explain the place around the hotel, even help us book a very friendly driver to bring us around for sightseeing and help us arrange car to our next hotel on our check out, look for her when you there for your transportation need! 10/10 to her!

    A stay made pleasant by the good people from the tourism Marketing department. They are dressed in black pantsuits. Was wary of them at first as they gave off tout vibes. Turns out they were just eager to assist foreigners. They handled tourism enquiries professionally, giving tips to avoid touristy pitfalls and even helped arranged transportation. Special thanks go to the young trainee- Ms Lily Liu who went above and beyond to ensure her clients (us) are taken care of, checking in on us via WeChat on our safe arrivals. I had carelessly dropped my accessories in the luggage and wrote to Lily to help locate them. She kept us informed of the cleaning process to lookout for my items. Hotel claims to be a smart hotel, but it isn’t very well lit. Tired interior with peeling fixtures. We were given a room with a broken mirror light, when we asked if they could fix it, we overheard the technician mentioning that it had been broken for a long time and cannot repaired. The front desk remedy was to offer me a reading lamp as a substitute. Funny solution but accepted since it’s just 2 nights. Cleanliness is mediocre. Bathroom door has grime and some tiles are stained. Loved the heated toilet seat. Nice comfortable bed and soft pillows. I would return to this hotel if I come back to HZ.
