    The hotel and its facilities are great. I would like to highlight their breakfast and sauna. On the other hand, we ordered breakfast bag for the next day's early morning flight, yet at 5 am receptionist told us we didn't order anything. Mistakes can happen, but she said 'bye' instead of handling their mistake and giving us some sandwich (kitchen had to be opened since regular breakfast starts at 6 am). My complaint was ignored for nearly one week. Once I forwarded the same message to Arche Poland and regional management, I got quick reply with apology and they even paid for our breakfast we had to buy at the airport (which was not tasty at all and overpriced).
