3. The game-room is not child proof. Accompany children to game-room at all times.
4. Guest are not permitted in Attic in game room.
5. The pool is an above ground pool with a wood trima and deck build around it. No jumping/diving allowed.
6. The driveway to the house is shared with neighbors. No blaring loud music on the deck.
