I wouldn’t recommend staying here. While the location is decent, access is through a narrow alley. Upon check-in, we were told there was no hot water, which was very inconvenient given the weather. Many previous reviews mention the same issue, and it seems unresolved. No complimentary water was provided, the room was very small and did not match the photos, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. The toilet flush was clogged, and we somehow managed it. We couldn’t wait to check out.

When we reached there there was a power cut. No phone, wifi was working. The reception came and simply said. There is no power please book another hotel.

Hotel was clean with no hot water for bathing and no water for drinking ....the counter person kept all unclean and was unattentive and was always kept sleeping
