An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with underfloor heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Crikvenica. The holiday house is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
