About this house rental
Located in Dame-Marie-les-Bois, in the heart of the Loire Valley countryside, Gîte de la Mésange invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay. This private 40 m² wing of a former farmhouse accommodates up to 4 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with TV, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area are at your disposal. Underfloor heating, a wood stove on the ground floor, and two radiators upstairs ensure a cozy atmosphere. High-speed Wi-Fi lets you stay connected, even for video calls. Baby equipment, including a crib and high chair, is available.
Relax in the shared garden and on several terraces—two covered and one open—perfect for unwinding. A barbecue is available in summer. The shared outdoor pool (12 x 6 m, max depth 1.5 m) is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather.
A parking space is reserved for guests. Pets are not allowed and events are prohibited. Please respect the countryside’s quiet between 10 pm and 8 am.
Board game discovery sessions can be booked, with the option to order games. The gîte is ideally located near the famous Loire castles: Amboise, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau, and Blois. Beauval Zoo is less than an hour away for a family outing.
Your hosts live on site in a separate building, and other guests may stay in independent B&B rooms in another wing. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
