This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers 1,700 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space perfect for traveling professionals, relocating families, or anyone seeking comfort and convenience in Phoenix.
Enjoy an open-concept living area with warm wood accents, plush seating, and calming coastal-inspired decor. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island ideal for dining or entertaining.
Relax in the cozy primary suite with a queen bed and private ensuite, or unwind in the additional bedrooms furnished for comfort. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a L-shaped desk set up for a home office (complete with printer) as well as a twin futon for maximum flexibility. The home includes a washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TV for your convenience.
Step outside to a peaceful patio or enjoy the light-filled interiors designed for relaxation.

Optional pool heating fee $45/day; $280/week or $1050/month. Note that while we do keep the pool at 85 degrees, when overnight temperatures drop into the 50s we cannot guarantee the temperature can be reached and maintained.
There is no fee for the hot tub. The hot tub runs from 6PM-9PM daily. If guest would like, they can request a schedule adjustment of the owner.
Children & pets must be monitored around the water & in the backyard for safety due to the pool & spa. Guests must use the pool & spa at their own risk. Home owners & manager are not liable for injuries.
There is an auto-close/locked gate entering the pool area with complete fence enclosure, as well as a secondary auto close/high handle on the slider door to the outside for child and pet safety.

House was just as pictured in the photos, We took a chance as first renters, there were a few hiccups, but Matthew and his wife were responsive. We did not use the pool, so all we can comment on was the privacy and the fence, which there is to keep children out. The set up of the house, especially the large table, was bonus for a family Thanksgiving. There is a nice green area across the street, as well as close access to walking trails for your dog. The neighborhood is clean and well kept and shopping is close by.
