Like a resort stay, quite pet and 420 friendly can smoke cigarettes outside, host lives at property and have my own room, free internet and laundry, your room and bathroom fully furnished, if you have an extra guest there is a fold out bed for the living room area parking for 1 vechile and outside bike storage, 10 min walk or 5 min drive to grocery store and ocean and parks
