About this apartment rental

The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this 140 m² duplex flat for rent in Les Belleville, in a refurbished Savoyard chalet 6 km from the 3 Vallées ski slopes, which can accommodate up to 13 guests. Located on the 1st floor, it comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a large open-plan fitted kitchen, six bedrooms and four shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

- A large, bright living room with several sofas, TV and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue machines...

- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: cabin room with bunk beds (90x200)

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4 & 5: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 6: with three single beds (90x200) and en-suite shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Les Belleville, in very pleasant surroundings. In Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car parks in the village, the nearest being La Chapelle, 20 metres away.
If you want to go skiing, you will need to come by car, and there is a large free car park just opposite the ski lifts in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville (about 6km from the chalet on a road that is easily accessible even in winter).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains 15 km away (approx. 20 min)
- Nearest airport: Chambéry 100 km away (approx. 1h10)
