Relaxing & Central SLC Apt near Trolley Square

It’s a half-basement unit… no blackout curtains, with window facing bed. A bathroom is so small that it requires planning logistics)) - no shelving or counter to put toiletries on… somewhat flimsy blanket and flat pillows - we were freezing first night ( throws were in tv room).. The door to the bathroom is accessible only from a bed and almost blocked by it, very weird location… Very loud HVAC, could not sleep first night at all - it needs to be serviced. Bathtub didn't drain. The building itself has very low soundproofing. Party upstairs was til 5 in a morning both days)). Bare shelves - some games or books for kids would be good. On a bright side - very clean, nice kitchen, excellent communication with the host.
