If you’re looking for a place to stay after a day at the beach or in Bradenton/Sarasota, this is it!. The house upon arrival was immaculate and extremely inviting! The kitchen was spacious and perfect for our family meals, and the popcorn maker in the living room was a hit with our boys. The new pool in the backyard was a huge plus; we spent amazing afternoons enjoying it together.
The host was very responsive and hospitable. She truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. My favorite part of her house: 4 1/2 bathrooms!!! We will definitely check on availability next time we are in the area!

This location was very cute and very clean. Every bed was very comfortable. I was concerned about potential water heat and pressure since there are so many showers, but neither of those were an issue at all! The host was very responsive with questions and communicated perfectly for what the property did/did not have, how to check in, and the check out process. The check out process was also very minimal, unlike some VRBOs. Overall would highly recommend!

The host provided clear and timely communication. Check-in was very easy with the door code provided. We had two families sharing the house for a soccer tournament each of our daughters were playing in. They were accommodating to our flight and game schedules allowing for an earlier check-in and a few hours extension on the day of our check-out to allow for our daughters to come back after their morning game to shower and clean up before heading to the airport to catch flights back home. The home was newly remodeled and very clean. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers was perfect for our situation with having two families. The location was excellent only being 15 minutes or so from IMG Academy and providing easy access to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. Grocery stores were only 5 minutes from the house! The host was very responsive to providing additional wash cloths. The laundry room was great with an excellent washer and dryer which was important for laundering uniforms.The only suggestion we'd have is to provide a broader array and number of kitchen items and dishes as part of the reason for wanting to use a home rental instead of a hotel was to be able to eat most meals in instead of going out to eat. However, this was not really an inconvenience as we just needed to run the dishwasher each night.The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely consider this host and house rental again in the future.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Our host was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was great to IMG for sports events and to the beach. We enjoyed our visit to Bradenton! Thank you.
